Using bar codes we catalog the major components of the cabinet as well as take digital photographs that will be incorporated in our database. We also take pictures of the intersection itself along with any cabinets, poles and service displays.

The components' information and pictures are incorporated into our database, which is available to the technicians in the field and our customers via a secured web-page.

Once in our system, information regarding technician activities and equipment status is updated directly from the field.

Logging on the web page, customer will be able to access information regarding the intersection, such as, technician attendance, any situations/problems encountered with the resolution, materials used or needed, and any changes to the control devices.
